Lien Thanh Heritage Villa

Located in the Ben Van Don area, this century-old French villa, once tied to the history of the Lien Thanh fish sauce brand, has been renovated with the goal of preserving its original architectural value while breathing new life into a contemporary space.

In this project, SaigonCasa provided the Bricklane Red by Marca Corona tile collection, selected as a bridge between the historical mark and current architectural language.

The characteristic earthy red hue and surface depth of Bricklane create a sense of intimacy and durability, reminiscent of traditional architectural materials but presented with a more minimalist and contemporary spirit. When combined with old walls, door systems, and restored architectural details, the material helps preserve the sense of time rather than covering it up.

Instead of creating a stark contrast between old and new, the project opts to allow layers of materials to coexist harmoniously, where heritage architecture is continued through material choices capable of enduring over time.
