Mezz Restaurant

Mezz is Vietnam's first interactive buffet restaurant, recently reopened at the Sofitel Saigon Plaza, a member of the prestigious Accor group. Mezz is designed in the style of modern open-kitchen restaurants, combining classic French architecture with a dominant color palette of gold, black, and white.

Flooring in the common areas and open kitchen uses tiles with a traditional design, size 20x20cm, as commonly seen in classic French villas. The difference is that these are not ordinary cement encaustic tiles, but 100% glazed porcelain products with optimal durability and minimal water absorption, ensuring the project's longevity and long-lasting aesthetics.

An important decorative accent right at the restaurant entrance uses white Metro tiles, size 10x30cm, with naturally uneven surfaces and edges that create a cozy feel, as commonly seen in familiar home kitchens.
